Our good friend @HorrorMovieBBQ pointed us to a not often seen business package deal from the vacation season again within the late Nineteen Eighties that carries a pleasant little shock.
Included inside this meeting of business breaks taken from the Prime Film presentation of A Christmas Story (Fox O&O WTTG in Washington, D.C.; December 12, 1989) is a spot for Polaroid during which a director yells “minimize” on the set of an Alien sequel and instructions the crew to “take a Polaroid image”, most certainly for continuity.
